Front Load / Commercial Service Standards

Delivery of New Containers

  • Containers will be clean and fresh. All containers will have company decals and phone numbers.
  • Delivery will be made on the promised due date.
  • Delivery paperwork turned in by 5pm will be scheduled for the next day.
  • Customers with more than three containers will be delivered within a mutually agreed timeline.

Extra Pick Ups

  • Guaranteed next day service; however same day service will be given if possible.

Blocked Containers

  • Driver will attempt to service blocked containers by contacting our local dispatch office to notify the customer of the blocked container.

Swap Out Containers

  • Swap outs will be completed within five business days from the request date.
  • Swap outs for customers with more than three containers will be completed within a mutually agreed timeline.

Emptying Containers

  • If waste spills from a container while it is being emptied, the driver will clean-up any spillage.

Roll Off Service Standards

Delivery of New Containers

  • Delivery will be made on the due date.
  • Delivery paperwork turned in by 5pm will be scheduled for the next day delivery.

Request for Hauls

  • Guaranteed next day service; however, same day service will be given if possible.

Blocked Containers

  • Driver will attempt to service blocked containers by contacting our local dispatch office to notify the customer of the blocked container. 

Overloaded Containers

  • Driver call our local dispatch office and ask dispatch to notify the customer of an overloaded container and educate the customer regarding safe capacity levels. 

Compactor Spillage

  • Leave the compactor area cleaner than it was found

Calculation of Fuel Surcharge

The Fuel Surcharge will be updated each month. The diesel rate used to determine the Fuel Surcharge will be the peak weekly-published price per gallon, published on any day in the 30 day period ending on the 15th of that month, as reported by the U.S. Energy Information Administration website http://www.eia.gov/petroleum/gasdiesel. The Fuel Surcharge will be determined by cross-referencing this price to Meridian Waste Solutions Fuel Index Table.
