Temporary Roll-Off Containers

Temporary roll-off containers are an efficient way to handle waste collection from construction and demolition projects, land clearing and large scale events. We provide many roll-off container size options depending on your specific needs and waste type.

Meridian Waste has temporary roll-off dumpsters available in 10-yards, 20-yards, 30-yards and 40-yards to meet your business’ or personal needs.

 

 

Portable Restrooms

We provide portable restrooms, hand wash sinks, and holding tanks for construction job sites (offered in the Greenville, SC and Raleigh, NC marketplaces only). Providing workers with a convenient, sanitary, and safe place to use the restroom is essential. That's why we offer a variety of portable restroom options to meet the needs of any construction site, from small residential projects to large commercial developments.

Portable Sanitation Products
We provide these portable restrooms and associated products:

  • Regular portable restroom, with or without sinks (suitable for any type of use)
  • Flushing portable restroom, with or without sinks (suitable for any type of use, including special events)
  • ADA portable restroom (single unit fully wheelchair accessible)
  • Hand sanitizer dispenser (an option on any portable restroom)
  • Hand wash station (a stand-alone sink)
  • 250 gallon holding tanks typically used when water is available but no sewer tap is available with office trailers, RVs, kitchen trailers, restroom trailers, and laundry trailers. Tanks can be hooked together for higher capacity. Both fresh water and sewer holding tanks are available.

Portable Restroom Features
All of our portable restrooms have the following standard amenities included:

  • Large doors for easy entering and exiting
  • Well-vented to provide fresh air
  • Locks on the interior of the door for safety and privacy
 

Our commitment

Our standard service is what sets us apart from the competition. It includes pumping of the waste holding tank and recharging with a concentrated, biodegradable, non-formaldehyde deodorizer, a complete cleaning of the interior of the unit by power washing, several fragrance enhancers for odor control, 2 rolls of toilet paper, and removal of any graffiti on the unit.

We take extra steps to ensure that every portable restroom is not only exceptionally clean and completely stocked at delivery, but also during every service. 

Our highly trained drivers, experienced managers and office staff provide excellent portable restroom services that are safe, efficient, and environmentally sound.

Portable Storage & Offices

Sometimes you just need more space. We provide portable storage containers and office space for construction sites, facilities, factories, and businesses (only offered in the Greenville, SC marketplace).

Portable storage containers and offices can range in size from 8 feet by 20 feet up to 8 feet by 40 feet and are utilized for various needs including:

  • Secure onsite storage of tools and equipment at construction sites
  • Additional storage space for inventory at facilities and businesses
  • Temporary storage during remodeling or relocation
  • Office space during construction or remodeling

Portable Storage Containers
Our weather and vandal-resistant portable storage containers are manufactured from 100% corrugated steel with a single door opening on the end. Every container is delivered to the site thoroughly cleaned and equipped with the highest level of secure locking mechanisms.

Portable Offices
Our waterproof and secure portable offices provide convenient ground level office entry and exit without the use of steps. They are manufactured using heavy 14-gauge, all-steel construction and include the following features:

  • Steel personnel entry and exit door (equipped with a high security, shielded locking system)
  • Heavy steel bars on the windows
  • Interior floors sealed and painted with a non-skid finish or covered with commercial block tile
  • Fluorescent lighting
  • A combination air conditioning/heating unit that ensures interior comfort

The portable offices are delivered thoroughly cleaned, odor-free, and ready to use. Our highly trained drivers, experienced managers and office staff provide excellent portable storage and office service that is secure, efficient, and cost-effective.

 

Construction Site Fencing

Safety is always a priority. We provide temporary fencing at construction sites to protect your project from unwanted visitors, cars, theft and destruction as well as abide by safety and environmental requirements. (only offered in the Greenville, SC marketplace). 

On most job sites, OSHA and DOL require the use of fencing as a safety measure. Renting temporary fencing is a cost effective option so your project stays on budget.

Our Roll-off Container Service Standards

Delivery of New Containers

  • Delivery will be made on the due date.
  • Delivery paperwork turned in by 5pm will be scheduled for the next day delivery.

Request for Hauls

  • Our goal is to meet extra pickup/haul requests for the same day, if possible. If not possible, then next day service will be our priority.

Blocked Container

  • Our driver will attempt to service a blocked roll-off container by contacting our local dispatch office to notify the customer of the blocked container.

Overloaded Container

  • Our driver will call our local dispatch office and ask dispatch to notify the customer of an overloaded container and educate the customer regarding safe capacity levels.

Emptying Container

  • Only recyclable materials may be placed in containers marked as recycling.
  • Our driver will leave the container area cleaner than it was found.
